人事经理 HR Manager

2-3万/月

Responsibilities:

TA:

? Understand the trend of external  talent market and build Company resourcing strength in the market

  ? Lead the full cycle of selection process, including assessing candidate  applications, interviewing, recommending finalists, offer management, reference  checking and filling the staffing needs within the defined service and  performance criteria

? Sourcing through different channels including internet/social media to meet the recruitment needs and to build external talent pool for more efficient sourcing results

? Maintain and update resourcing record & resourcing system on a timely basis and ensure data accuracy

? Provides support to the TA/HR function to handle a variety of related transactions concerning TA/HR policies/programs.

? Completing weekly or monthly and quarterly reports as required.

?Build and maintain strong working relationships between all parties, ensuring that they are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes

 

 

Contribution & Benefits & Performance:

    

? Responsible for payroll operations with vendor to ensure 100% accurate/efficient payroll service.
? Fully own all payroll/employee information reports both internally and externally.

    

? Conduct monthly Headcount and employment cost analysis, able to explain HC/Cost difference VS budget.

    

? Continuously monitor IIT declaration and ensure to place in the updated China IIT policy.

    

? In charge of APAC office employee’s life cycle management including benefits claim, internal transfer, exit, be the window to response to employee questions regarding to HR policy.

    

? In charge of APAC office employee’s life cycle management including benefits claim, internal transfer, exit, be the window to response to employee questions regarding to HR policy.

    

? Support on annual group budget/landing adjustment process to ensure HC/employment cost reflect business needs.

    

? Support on annual merit process including but not limited to preparing data, simulation, pay structure dates, merit tool validation, etc.

    

? Ensure consistency in C&B policies, plans, programs, processes, and support HR systems.

    

? Conduct employee performance review process.

    

? Provide support on merit increase, year-end bonus calculation.

    

? According to internal and external data to make salary proposal on individual cases

    

? Support on other HR projects

    

? Responsible for C&B monthly report preparation and HR monthly report consolidation

 

 

Staffing:

? Interpret internal or external communication with staff, department, Group HQ.

 

 

Others:

    

? Serve as an HR expert to Sol-M Group Leadership

    

? Take leadership to the activities of annual party, outing, team building…etc.

    

? Perform as a business partner to support project when happened.

    

? Assist to complete other C&B tasks which are assigned by leader.

 

Qulifications:

 

? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

? Bilingual:  English / Mandarin required

 

? Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite

    

? Minimum 8 years HR working experiences

    ?  Familiar with China Labor Law

? Medical device industry experience will be a plus

? Strong teamwork spirit; Confidence & ability to influence decisions.

? Good team player, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated; open-minded and candid attitude.

? Ability to partner and interact with employees at all levels within the Group

? Strong sense of initiative and urgency, with the ability to follow up on outstanding matters efficiently.

? Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment.

? Strong business understanding.

? Willing to work under pressure

? Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
